Story description
Everyone in your family always assumed your cousin would inherit the gene - the one that sends certain family members tumbling, involuntarily, into other centuries. You weren't supposed to have it at all. Now you're being pulled into decades and centuries you've only read about, paired with someone from a secret society that's been managing this family's gene for far longer than anyone told you, and the family history you thought you knew is starting to look considerably less simple.
Characters
The player's assigned partner from the organization - guarded, experienced with the trait's dangers, carrying his own complicated ties to the player's family.
The quietly bureaucratic head of the organization that manages the family's time-travel trait - knows more than she lets on.
A family elder with partial knowledge of the trait's history - gives half-answers rather than the full truth, for now.
