How echory works and AI limitations

Your inputs and generated content
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. Provide only material you are entitled to use and process. You grant us only the rights necessary to host, process and transmit your inputs for the requested service and its lawful operation. This does not grant an unrestricted right to advertise with your private stories or train AI models; any such use requires a separately stated lawful arrangement.
Permitted use of generated outputs: {actual personal/commercial-use policy and any third-party restrictions}. No rights that do not legally exist can be granted, and AI output may not be exclusive or protected by copyright. Respect third-party rights. Publication or sharing features: {actual features and visibility or none}. Privacy settings and deletion options: {actual functions}.

Data deletion and legal retention follow the Privacy policy. Any prepaid entitlement, refund or statutory remedy is handled under the applicable contract and mandatory law.
We may suspend or end access for serious breaches or legal/security reasons only on a proportionate basis. Changes to paid services or these Terms require an applicable lawful basis and notice; legally required consent, termination options, data access and consumer remedies remain available. Changes do not retroactively alter completed contracts.
Availability, liability and mandatory rights
Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages and third-party dependencies. This does not exclude any agreed service obligation or statutory right. Liability is governed by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence and applicable mandatory consumer protections. Statutory rights concerning defective digital content or services remain unaffected.
Applicable law and contact
